The total value of the FAIR Society fund for allocation is available on the website at all times and

91% of each membership fee (€13.65) is sent to a verified astronomical beneficiary. Your membership fee joins all the other fees and will be kept in this account until the full amount is allocated at the end of the financial year to the projects submitted throughout the year. Any interest earned by this account, less tax on the interest, will be added to the total and made available for allocation. 5.7% of each membership fee paid (€0.86) is Paypal's transaction cost. 3.3% is retained by FAIR Society to cover operating the website and the activities associated with its promotion. These costs include, but are not limited to, website hosting and e-mail provision, administration,
and so forth.
